Horse Motel

Located in Winnie, TX, 13 Points Farm is a boutique horse motel and horse boarding facility designed with both horses and their owners in mind. As fellow horse owners, we understand what it takes to travel long distances with equine athletes and how important it is for them to rest, relax, and stretch their legs after a long day on the road.

Our facility offers flexible accommodations with four covered 10' × 20' paneled stalls, one spacious 20' × 20' stall, four large turnout pastures for horses that prefer to be outside, and a 60-foot round pen for exercise and training. Our fencing is designed with safety as a priority, utilizing a combination of livestock panels and electric fencing to provide secure enclosures.

For travelers, we offer a convenient loop driveway that makes pulling through with large trucks and horse trailers easy, along with ample parking and a 30/50-amp RV hookup.

To help protect the health of all horses on the property, proof of a current negative Coggins test is required for every equine guest.
